MY WORLD
Born in Koreatown Los Angeles, I grew up with the diversity LA has to offer. Moving to multiple cities made me truly understand the different perspectives, ethnic cultures, and upbringings of other individuals. This constant cycle of entering new environments helped me learn the importance of relationships and gave me the skills to adjust, adapt, and communicate to new momentums. That appreciation and understanding of diverse structures is the reason why I am here today.
My overall design process for every task is defined as Method Culture meaning “Design is more than a process, it's a narrative of a product and our culture drives my exploration for creativity.” Using methods of visual narratives and expressions are at core of my concepts.
What I have experienced through my upbringing from who I was as a student, friend, family, coworker, and colleague to now who I am as an industrial designer is my strength. Design is always adapting and so am I.
